    King Fook VIP Program Terms and Conditions 

    General Terms & Conditions

    • King Fook VIP Program is only applicable to King Fook and Masterpiece by king fook shops in Hong Kong.
    • Members must present their VIP number or VIP information to enjoy membership privileges.
    • VIP membership privileges are non-transferrable, non-exchangeable for cash and cannot be used in conjunction with any other King Fook Jewellery Group Limited promotional offers.
    • VIP members must be personally present at King Fook or Masterpiece by king fook shops and personally countersign on the sales receipt to enjoy membership privileges.
    • King Fook Jewellery Group Limited reserves the absolute right to interpret and/or revise the terms and conditions of the VIP Program without the consent of Members and without prior notice. . In the event of any change(s) to the VIP membership privileges and these Terms and Conditions, no prior consent or notification to Members are required.
    • Purchases on Rolex and Tudor watches and purchases made at sale events would not be entitled to any VIP points accumulation and/or any other benefits/rewards.
    • Every applicant for VIP membership under the Program warrants, represents and undertakes that the personal information provided by him/her to King Fook Jewellery Group Limited is and shall be true, complete and accurate.
    • King Fook Jewellery Group Limited has the sole and final discretion to approve or reject any application for membership under the Program or to terminate the membership without providing any reason.
    • Should there be any disputes; King Fook Jewellery Group Limited reserves the right to make the final decision.

    Cash Voucher Usage and Redemption

    • King Fook VIP Program Cash Voucher is non-transferrable, non-exchangeable for cash and is only applicable to King Fook and Masterpiece by king fook shops in Hong Kong.
    • King Fook VIP Program Cash Voucher cannot be redeemed or used to purchase Rolex and/or Tudor products.
    • King Fook VIP Program Cash Voucher will not be accepted if it is damaged, altered or photocopied.
    • No claim and/or replacement will be entertained for loss of cash voucher.
    • [Member shall be awarded reward points for accumulated net purchase amount. Reward points will not be awarded for any transaction posted but subsequently refunded in whole or in part thereof.
    • Expiry date for the reward points awarded from July 1 to June 30 next year is June 30 next year. All reward points must be redeemed and used before the expiry date, which shall otherwise become invalid.
    • All gifts shall be redeemed on a first-come-first-served basis while stock lasts. Once the application for gift redemption is submitted, no cancellation, alteration or refund is allowed.
    • Upon gift and/or cash voucher redemption, Member is required to present his/her valid identification document(s) and the gift application number for identity verification purpose. In case the gift is collected by an authorised person, that person is required to present his/her valid identification document(s), the Member's valid identification document(s) copy(ies) and written authorisation letter.
    • King Fook Jewellery Group Limited¿s record of reward points shall prevail in case of any discrepancy between the record of the King Fook Jewellery Group Limited and the Members. ]
    • King Fook Jewellery Group Limited reserves the absolute right to interpret and/or revise the terms and conditions governing the usage and redemption of the VIP Program Cash Vouchers without the consent of Members and without prior notice.
    • Should there be any disputes; King Fook Jewellery Group Limited reserves the right to make the final decision.

    Birthday Privileges - free labour cost on 999.9 Gold Jewellery

    • This birthday offer is not applicable to fixed price items, electroforming goods and made-to-order items. 30% of on labour cost for electroforming goods and 50% off on labour cost for specified items.
    • This birthday offer is not applicable to alteration services.
    • This birthday offer is valid for multiple usages throughout the month of the birthday of the King Fook VIP member.
    • The VIP member must present the birthday SMS issued by King Fook Jewellery Group Limited and VIP number in person when making the purchase in order to enjoy this birthday offer.
    • This birthday offer is only applicable to King Fook and Masterpiece by king fook shops in Hong Kong.
